Overfly founded in 2005, has 18 years of E-bike experience, with ISO 9000 quality management system certification and BSCI certification
In 2022, in the field of E-bike, we are the No. 1 regional taxpayer, exporting 95,000 units annually, and the TOP 1 E-bike manufacturer in our city.
2. Our R&D team and capabilities.
We have 3 R&D teams, 1 in Europe, 1 in Kunshan (known as the bicycle base of China) and 1 in the factory. Currently, we develop at least 20 new bikes a year, including customized E-bikes for customers and self-developed E-Bikes. we like to customize the features we need for our customers because we are experts in customization.
3. Our experience
We have branch offices and own brands in Europe, and cooperate with XXL, KASANOVA and other famous sports brands in Europe.
In the United States, we have many OEM brands, cooperate with Costco, and are the quality supplier of COSTCO. Some E-bikes already have UL certificates.
4. Quality control
Equipped with a fully digital management system (WMS, SCM, PLM, MES, ERP), we implement 1.2 times the national standard testing.

- How about Overfly's production control?
We have passed ISO9001 system certification and BSCI factory inspection, following the lean production concept.
- What kind of warranty do you provide with your products?
We supply 1% FREE easy-damaged spare parts based on electric bikes container orders. Should you have problems due to a part defect, please email us with pictures to see the problem. If we find the part is defective we will send the appropriate parts to you via Air Express. It is suggested to buy parts also to have stock for future customer service, If you have any problem with after-sale service, please contact us.
- May I mix my container order?
MOQ is 200 units. Trail order is acceptable Two models for one 40HQ container.
- May I visit your factory?
We always welcome customers to our factory. The nearest airport is YIWU. We will provide your ride from the airport to our factory. Before your trip please email us for further instructions.
- Do Overfly models conform to any European and USA regulations?
Yes. We have achieved CE certificates by SGS and TUV, and EN15194 for e-bikes, EN17128 for e-scooters. Some models are also with the UL test report.
- Do you accept distributorship or sole agency?
Yes, we do. There are many aspects to discuss before any agency is granted.
