RAPID
Another edition of the electric bike awarded for design at the Bike Expo 2018 in Kielce. A unique power-assist bike with road geometry and narrow tires for fast cruising on asphalt. A real buster of urban traffic jams. Agile and very light. Its weight is only 15.6 kg. The minimalist display and the battery hidden in the frame make it an e-bike with a unique style.
Tapered wheels with Kenda tire size 700 x 32. 19.5″ frame . An electric fitness bike with a minimalist display. It has 5 levels of support . The maximum assist speed is 30 km/h . Limited according to EU standard EN 15194 to 25 km/h. The bike has a "fighting" mode up to 6 km/h . The battery is placed in the bicycle frame . The LCD display shows parameters such as current speed, battery level, distance traveled, total distance traveled. The lightest on the market, the Aikema rear motor has a high torque of 45Nm . Order
- Can you accept OEM& ODM?
--Yes, we can make the ebike according to customer's specification, color combination and logo/design, as well as package request, provided MOQ 40' HQ container . Otherwise, we have to negotiate it.
- What is your MOQ?
--MOQ is 200 units / 40HQ. Sample and trail order is acceptable after discussion.
- When can you deliver products?
--In general, it takes about 60-90 days .
- What's your payment term?
--Usually, we request 30% by T/T in advance, balance to be paid before shipment, or 100% by irrevocable confirmed L/C payable at sight.
- How could I order a sample to check the quality?
--We welcome you to order samples to check our quality and actual manufacturing value. Usually, in our China factory, it takes 3-6 weeks to get the sample bikes ready, after receipt of your full sample payment. Of course, our EU warehouse have some samples could be delivery quickly.

- What's your bike quality situation?
--It is the fact what we manufactured are all in middle/high quality classes even in European market, closing to the A-brand in the world. All the electric bicycles we manufactured is according to specific market requirement, and obey the product standard. It may change a little bit, according to standard and regulations in the destination sales countries.
- How about the packing?
--Almost our Overfly ebikes come 75% assembled, final assembly is quite simple, you will only need to attach the seat, pedals, front wheel, handle bars. We also exported in the form of SKD and CKD, which will vary according to different countries, regions and customer requirements.

- How about your R&D capability and factory scale?
-- We have a strong 10+ engineers R&D team and launch 5 models per season. Our production workshop 10,000+ square meters, capacity can reach over 10,000-12,000 units per month.
- Do you have Europe /USA warehouse ? And overseas after sales department ?
--Yes ,we have branch in Frankfurt, Germany which have warehouse and after sales department.
- Do you have design patent?
-- Yes. All our products are R&D by ourselves and applied for patents, we own 50 + patents.
- What kind of warranty do you provide with your products?
--Our warranty included below:
Frame: 2 year's warranty
Battery: 2 year's warranty
Main electric including Controller, motor, meter: 1 year's warranty
- Do Overfly models confirm to European and USA regulations?
--Yes. We have achieved CE certificate by TUV / SGS , EN15194 for Ebikes, EN17128 for Escooters. Some models with UL test report.
- How about Overfly's production control?
--We have passed ISO9001 system certification, BSCI factory inspection and Costco Audit as good manufacturer, follow the lean production concept.
